What will occur during maintenance:
• The maintenance applies to both data centers - EU and US. • Only workflow executions running on the next-gen Orchestrator engine will be paused during the maintenance window. • Workflows with a scheduled trigger will also be paused during the maintenance window. • Executions that started before the window will be allowed to finish before maintenance begins. • No new executions will start on the next-gen engine during the window. Workflows triggered during maintenance will be queued and shown with a pending status. • The Orchestrator UI will remain available. Customers will see triggered workflows in a pending state. • No executions or events will be lost. Events that arrive during the window will be queued (visible as pending workflow executions); their execution is only delayed until the maintenance window is over. • Orchestrator will resume normal operation once maintenance is complete, and all pending workflows will be processed.
Why we're doing this:
• We are deploying performance improvements to the next-gen Orchestrator engine to increase the speed of workflow execution.
